Another collaboration triumph with Design Tribe WA! Creating a new gym in an old bank space!
Foundry fitness was the brainchild of my Client Thomas. He wanted to create Karrinyup's 1st ever 24hr gym that reflected something more than the franchised existing gym chains nearby. Our branding had to be on point to showcase a professional member based gym that cared about not only their members health and fitness, but their security during their workouts anytime of the day or night. Thomas wanted his members to feel welcome, safe and part of a VIP club that cared about its customers.
After many iterations and Thomas's keen eye for detail, the Foundry Fitness logo was created! From there, signage, interior and wayfinding graphics were created. Turning an old bank into a fresh new workout gym was a challenging project but one that provided many opportunities to showcase a contemporary health and fitness brand. The facade of a tired old building was rejuvenated with inexpensive signage that really added impact. Glazing treatment and large format graphics were introduced to really give the space the WOW factor.
Working with Thomas of Foundry Fitness was a fantastic project that included balancing great design with realistic budgets. Thinking outside the box showed that WOW factor can still be achieved without a big budget by creating intelligent graphic design solutions.
